Climate Justice & Pediatric Health: Harleen Marwah, MD MS will be presenting at the CHOP residency noon conference series on Earth Day to discuss the intersection of climate justice and pediatric health. This talk will review the links between climate change and health as well as the specifics of why children are uniquely vulnerable. It will also offer some relevant tools to apply to clinical practice when considering climate change. Finally, it will include opportunities to further engage in advocacy, research, sustainability, or medical education. While this talk is geared towards the CHOP residents as part of their longitudinal climate justice and health equity curriculum, all are welcome to attend!
